Pack Your Items
Place the unworn apparel or footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
